Notice the meh / mundane days.
What's missing?
It is meaning or purpose?
Meaningful connection?
Absence of your favourite contributions, skills, or talents?
A gap of knowing-doing?
Unclear core values or aspirations?
Weariness of not being seen or heard authentically?
Boredom?
Or.... what else?
Is the pain of the unknown less than the pain of the known?
Is the risk too much?
Are there possibilities between same-old and meaningful life/work?

This being human thing is NOT nothing. Connection and 'better together' is a basic, essential universal need, which has been woven into the tapestry since the beginning of time.
Somewhere in the industrial and information, culture shifted the belief and practise of a superior view of self-made, independance. Belief that one should be able to succeed and/or achieve mastery without a village of support, became the expectation.
Folks, that's not working.
Humans survive and thrive when the right team of people are safe enough together than there is authentic empowerment of interdependent strengths moving forward together.
Name the people of your team or village. Say their names.
Just make sure there is a values alignment.

Sometimes we are in control of the door openings and door closings. Often times, others have made that choice for us. That can make life feel unfair and painful.
Life is unfair and painful.
The door of 'how' to proceed has your hand on the doorknob. How you approach the door; if you open it or linger by it - is for you to decide.
Decide which doors to open each morning.
Decide which doors to close each evening.
