You are the cells in your body.
The neurons in your body have a cellular memory.
The cells in your body can exhibit memory through epigenetic mechanisms which involve changes in gene expression and plays a role in development, differentiation and response to environmental changes.
Some immune cells have a memory that allows them to remember past infections.
Cells can also store happy memories, and stacked or cascading behaviours.

Seems to me that taking care of our body is an important and helpful skill and habit. At least for me, this will be a life-long intention. (Pretty sure, I am not going to nail it any time soon.) 😊

Lead yourself well.

You are your mind.
Your mind is always with you.
Your mind never sleeps.

Seems to me that mind-management is an important and helpful skill and habit. At least for me, this will be a life-long intention. (Pretty sure, I am not going to nail it any time soon.) 😊

Lead your mind well.

Do you have a STOP DOING list?

It's not about the list. It's about the drivers that compel us to do or not do.

Notice and name.

Lead yourself well.

A reminder...
In business.
At work.
In life.
Irrespective of age, status, financials or level of education - loss will find you.

Time alone does not heal wounds of loss of face, loss of respect, loss of value, loss of health, loss of income, loss of place, loss of our people and loss of _____________ (you name it).

Notice your expectations.
Name your expectations.
Use time to follow through in ways that will help you honour the loss, and honour the healing journey.

No rush to heal.
Only a reminder of the invitation to notice and name the loss. And then, with time and over time, allow the wounds to integrate into who you are becoming.

Lead yourself well *through* the messy wounds of loss.
