Be that change.
Your control over changing the others is relatively insignificant compared to the control you have in changing yourself.
Not easy. But worthy.
And worth it.
And the change in your influence and impact with others will greatly increase.

Our sense of agency can be elusive and unclear as it pertains to the energy we allow for specific thoughts, certain people, specific perspectives, and specific default patterns.
Do you really want to them to consume that much of your precious time and finite energy?
The following practises and habits help us make the invisible visible:
CEO time.
Reflective time.
Contemplation time.
Daydreaming time.
Meditation time.
Journal time.
Thinking about thinking time.
Meaningful conversations one to one.
Humans holding mirrors for each other.
Our thoughts run on deeply-held patterns like the wide, fast lanes on the Autobahn. To give energy to new perspective, and new thoughts is like walking uphill on a country road.

It's complicated.
It's incredibly complicated.
And.... those descriptions can keep us from making progressive decisions and actions that move us (and others) beyond the complications and complexities.
Complicated and complex are 100% legitimate descriptors. And... those descriptors can also be the values-based motivator for you to do something, rather than nothing.
Notice and name your village of supports and their village of supports and their village of supports. Somewhere in your world, there will be people or resources or avenues to disrupt this hamster wheel of stress - and help you move onward and forward.
