Begin doing what you want to do now.

Begin being who you want to be now.

Why wait?

Lead yourself well.

If it was December 31, 2025 - what would you look back on this year and hope to have have experienced?

Time to be present to what you want more of, noticing what the 'more of' is about...(?)

Be curious.
Is it externals?
Is it stuff?
Is it in your control and agency?
How important is it to you?
How does it add meaningful satisfaction to 'who you are'?
Why does it matter?
Who will go with you?
How will you get there?

Lead yourself well.

What is truly important is not usually even remotely time sensitive.

What have you decided is truly important?
Hold old were you when you made that/those decisions?
How often have you double-clicked on those decisions to ensure they are still reflecting your values and a meaningful work with a life that works?

It's not too late to notice and name what is truly important to YOU.
It's not too late to notice and name that the agendas, quotas, expectations of others have blurred into your list of 'truly important'.

Notice.
Name.
(Process. Sit with it. Be curious. Suspend judgement).
Choose what is truly important and choose values-based actions in alignment.

Lead yourself well.

Indecision creates stress.

A lack of clarity creates stress.

The awareness of a difficult decision that needs to be made creates stress.

And - not all stress is toxic stress.

Simply acknowledging that there is a difficult decision, considering the sliding scale of best possible outcomes and least desirable possible outcomes is good stress for your mind, body and brain.

Make the invisible visible so that clarity might shine light on this 'difficult decision'.

Lead yourself well.
